Endijs has been working in the fitter team at AS Latvijas Finieris for just over a year. After graduating from Liepāja State Technical School, he was looking for a job and applied for a CNC operator vacancy in response to a job ad. The recruiter took note of his technical qualifications and offered him the position of maintenance fitter.

For more than 20 years, the structural unit Iekārtu rūpnīca (Equipment Factory) has been the technical service centre of Latvijas Finieris, offering a wide range of services. The specialists of Iekārtu rūpnīca design and manufacture veneer and plywood processing equipment of varying degrees of complexity, assemble, carry out preventive diagnostics and servicing of this equipment throughout the Group, as well as provide the technical servicing and maintenance of fixed assets.
